Beginning Wednesday August 16th, you will log in to MyFranciscan using your Windows/Novell username and password.  (This is the same as your Blackboard username – first part of Franciscan email address.  For example:  jsmith or jsmith001).  You will no longer be able to user your FUS ID number after the change.  Throughout the morning of August 16th, you may experience an interruption in service to MyFranciscan as the switchover occurs.   If you have any difficulty logging in, please contact ITS User Support Services at 740-283-HELP(4357) or via email at itshelpdesk@franciscan.edu

Very Important Notes

  • All online orders are processed by the Office of the Registrar at Franciscan University. Please allow a few business days for processing.
  • Former students applying for a Franciscan graduate program at or for re-admittance to Franciscan do not need to request a Franciscan transcript
  • Online transcript orders are paid by credit card at the time the request is made.
  • Expedited shipping may be available for an additional cost.
  • Financial holds will prevent transcripts from being sent. If you think you may have a financial hold, please contact Student Accounts before placing an order. 
  • The status of an order can be monitored online.

 

Ordering Your Transcript

How you order your transcript will depend on whether or not you have access to MyFranciscan. 

 

Current Students & Recent Graduates With Access to MyFranciscan

  1. Log into MyFranciscan.
  2. Go to the “Parchment Transcript” tab.
  3. Follow the instructions to complete your order.

 

Those Without Access to MyFranciscan

  1. Visit https://exchange.parchment.com/send/adds/index.php?main_page=login&s_id=r0EIJUD5t49Jh2hR
  2. Create an account if you do not already have one.
  3. Follow the instructions to complete your order
