Online transcript ordering is now available!
Log into MyFranciscan and go to the ‘Academics’ tab. If you do not remember your password, click on ‘Reset forgotten password.’ Password resets are sent to your Franciscan email address. Your user ID and password will serve as your electronic signature.
If you know your MyFranciscan ID and password, you may follow the directions for current students. If you do not remember your password, click on ‘Reset forgotten password.’ New passwords are sent to Franciscan email addresses by default so former students will need to contact the Registrar’s office to update their email to an alternate email.
If you do not know or do not have a MyFranciscan login, you may go directly to https://iwantmytranscript.com/franciscan and create an account to place an order. A one-time consent form will have to be completed and returned before the request will be processed.
Former students do not need to request transcripts for re-admittance or acceptance into a Graduate program at Franciscan University.
Students who attended Franciscan before 1994 will not be able to request electronic transcripts.
Important Information for All Online Orders:
All requests made through Transcripts on Demand will be processed by Franciscan University. Please allow 1-2 business days for processing upon receipt of your request in the Registrar’s office. Orders are received and processed Monday-Friday 8:30 am to 4:30pm.
The cost of a transcript is $8 (including a non-refundable $3 online processing fee). Expedited processing and shipping may be available for an additional cost. Payment for online ordering is by credit card only and will be charged when the order is placed.
Once an order is placed, it cannot be changed. Financial holds will prevent transcripts from being sent. If you think you may have a financial hold, please contact Student Accounts before placing an order.
