Online transcript ordering is now available!

Current Students:
Log into MyFranciscan and go to the ‘Academics’ tab. If you do not remember your password, click on ‘Reset forgotten password.’ Password resets are sent to your Franciscan email address. Your user ID and password will serve as your electronic signature.

Former Students:
If you know your MyFranciscan ID and password, you may follow the directions for current students.

If you do not know or do not have a MyFranciscan login, you should go directly to and create an account to place an order. A one-time consent form will have to be completed and returned before the request will be processed.

Former students do not need to request transcripts for re-admittance or acceptance into a Graduate program at Franciscan University.

Students who attended Franciscan before June 1994 may request transcripts online but only paper copy transcripts are available to be sent. They may not be sent to an email address.  

Important Information for All Online Orders:
All requests made through Transcripts on Demand will be processed by Franciscan University. Please allow 1-2 business days for processing upon receipt of your request in the Registrar’s office. Orders are received and processed Monday-Friday 8:30 am to 4:30pm.

The cost of a transcript is $8 (including a non-refundable $3 online processing fee). Expedited processing and shipping may be available for an additional cost.  Payment for online ordering is by credit card only and will be charged when the order is placed.

Once an order is placed, it cannot be changed. Financial holds will prevent transcripts from being sent. If you think you may have a financial hold, please contact Student Accounts before placing an order.

The status of an order can be monitored online.
